In our production facility, Ready-to-Assemble Wooden Composite Interior Doors are produced in standard sizes. Production is also made in special sizes and models for your projects. Our doors carry all the features sought in composite doors with their size flexibility, color richness and model variety. Wood Composite Door Wings, which are resistant to water, humidity, scratching and heat, are shipped to our dealers with the lock slots opened after they are brought to the desired net usage size.
After the wooden composite door frames are brought to their net dimensions, the junction corners are cut at 45 degrees and packed as a set.

Door Components
In our Composite Profile Production Facility; quality, water-resistant, cost-effective, coating and paintable door components are produced specially for door productions. In our production facility, alternative products are offered in a wide product range for our customers who want to supply only door components, thanks to molds in various sizes and models. We manufacture frames, architraves, composite decks, glazing bead, composite leaf edge, leaf top lath profiles in accordance with industry standards.
WOODEN COMPOSITE DOOR CASE PROFILES
In our Wooden Composite Profile Production Facility, door frame profiles are manufactured in accordance with different wall sizes. Wooden Composite Door Frame Profiles have a standard 36 mm height and a width of 70 – 240 mm. Since the section thickness of our product is 4.4 mm and the profile interior structure is divided into chambers, it is resistant to impacts. Since the frame profiles are produced by the extrusion method, there is no limitation regarding the frame length. The desired length of the door frame profile can be produced. Raw profiles can be coated in the desired color and pattern in our production facility.
Our raw profiles; Surface resistance, which is one of the important factors in the coating (lamination) process, is lower than plastic profiles. Therefore, our adhesion quality is above the standards.
WOODEN COMPOSITE DOOR ARCHITRAVE
Wooden Composite Door Architraves are manufactured by combining PVC raw material, wood chips and additives in the extrusion system. After production, the moldings are coated in the desired color and pattern in lamination machines. There is no limitation on the sill length. Moldings of desired length can be produced. The nails of our sills are staggered. In this way, it provides cost and speed advantage for the applicator since silicone and similar adhesives are not needed during assembly. The section thickness of the sill profile is 4.4 mm. This thickness ensures that our moldings are more durable compared to their equivalents. Since the moldings are movable, they cover the curvature and imperfections on the walls and tolerate measurement problems. The sill surfaces are suitable for moire processing.
WOODEN DOOR PROFILES
We offer the pine, spruce and fir trees we obtain from the forests of Russia, Ukraine and Turkey to the door manufacturers in our European, Middle Eastern and African markets. We reduce the risk of cracking and rotting in wooden door frames, which we reduce the humidity level to 8% in drying ovens. We reassemble the trees that we have cleared of knots with the fingerjoint method and bring them to the draft dimensions. Fingerjoint system increases the bending resistance of the doors and eliminates cracking and breaking problems due to knots. Our standard dimensions are; 38x42x2100 mm, 35x42x2100 mm, 30x42x2100 mm. Production can also be made in special sizes upon request. There is an air duct measuring 5×5 mm in our Wooden Door Spares.
COMPOSITE DOOR PROFILES
Composite door frame is produced by combining pvc raw material, wood chips and additives in the extrusion system. There is no height limit for this product, which is produced in standard 38×42 mm dimensions. This product, which is definitely not affected by water and humidity, can be used without hesitation in geographies with high humidity and on wet floors of places. In terms of application, it is no different from the wooden floorboard. In wood cutting machines, wood can be cut and milled with cutting tools.
CORNER JOIN WEDGE
There are 2 types of corner joint wedges used in the assembly of the Wooden Composite Door Frame and the Wooden Composite Wing Span. Corner joint wedge is manufactured from flexible polypropylene material. Case wedges are used in the assembly of cases. It helps to reset the case heads cut according to a 45 degree angle and settle. Thanks to the case joining wedge, openings in the case joints are prevented after assembly. The composite joining wedge used to connect the Wooden Composite Door Serenas on the door wings helps the beam heads cut at 45 degrees to reset and sit.
WOOD COMPOSITE LEAF PROFILE
Composite Leaf Profile is produced by combining PVC raw material, wood chips and additives in the extrusion system. Thanks to this profile designed for door leaf with a thickness of 35 mm, you can make special designs and create your own door models. When this profile is used, there is no need for edge banding. Therefore, tape, glue and machine investment costs are also eliminated. The section thickness of this profile, which is 42 mm high and 99 mm wide, is 4.4 mm. There is no limitation on profile length. It can be produced in the desired length. It is coated in the desired color and pattern in laminating machines after production.
